Wrongly shipped or defective merchandise may be returned for exchange of product(s) of equal value upon presentation of the following: sales receipt and original packaging (unopened cans with wine to be evaluated). Local restrictions and other limitations may apply.
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, the refund will be made for the product only, less any return shipping and handling costs. Other restrictions may apply. Please email our community support team at support@drinkbev.com to request a return, exchange, or refund.
